Project schedule
February
4th - Research. Lo-res pixel art, Latin American folk art and psychedelic contemporary electronic art. Also keep reading and rewriting stories as microfiction.
11th - Start creating visual assets from scratch. Synthesize these influences into my own interpretation.
18th - Import these assets in After Effects. Try to animate them. See how they feel. Think about where they are going to be displayed. Also narrative or non narrative. Keep reading about these native cultures. Try to understand where their visual expression comes from. What does it mean.
25th - Have a one minute animation ready. For this one at least a story should be developed so as to work with different scenes and dynamics. Start thinking how this story can help me develop the interactive element of my project.
March
4th - Bring out that animation to the 3D world. Think how can I shape my work into the sculptural element of my thesis. Create video maps and test these projections.
11th - Decide on a story or a narrative and start working towards one finished piece. Draw, edit story, and import these assets into After Effects. Think about how can I break down the animations in various segments that can then be displayed in different sculptural elements.
18th - Keep working on the animation.
25th - Break down the animation into several segments. Project them over the sculptural elements.

8th - Testing and documentation
15th - Testing and documentation.
